Mara Ulms has an extensive background in sales and marketing management, seminar presentation and training. Her focus has been on people development giving individuals specific skills that enhance performance. Through her business consultancy, Fashcor Marketing, Mara has conducted seminars and workshops in all Australian states and New Zealand . She has also given numerous presentations and keynote addresses at conferences. Mara and Geraldine commenced PD Insider Training® in 2000. They are committed to the pursuit of excellence. Mara believes that the quality of people in an organisation is its greatest marketing asset.
Mara's main focus is PD Insider
Training in conjunction with Geraldine Wilson. In 2003, they have co-authored
a book "The Executive Assistant of the Future", followed
in 2005 by "Flexing Your Muscles - Benchmarking and Best Practice
for Office Professionals".

Prior to developing her consultancy, Ianus Consulting, Geraldine Wilson managed the support staff of one of the ‘Big 4’ Chartered Accounting firms where she was responsible for the recruitment and induction of support staff as well as the assessment of skills and competencies. Geraldine is a Past President of the Victorian Division of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals, and a Fellow of the Institute. She has been a member of advisory boards for RMIT University and Swinburne University during the development phases of tertiary courses specifically designed for Executive Assistants. Geraldine and Mara are committed to specific Professional Development for the Office Professional through their consultancy, PD Insider Training®. Her main focus is PD Insider Training, together with Mara Ulms. The have co-authored two books.
